Breakfasts on Sundays are kind of special.
I spread the newspapers really wide across the dining table. And have those lovely soft boiled eggs with dark soy sauce and fresh ground pepper. It always start off with juice. Juice and oats are staple. Variation comes with the bread. Sometimes jam & butter, sometimes plain croissant, sometimes cucumber sandwiches. Then there are those special days with a bit of fruit salad or scrambled eggs with baked beans and sausages, or pancakes made from scratch. And of course a little hot drink to go along at the end. Something not too grown up, like soya bean milk or Milo. Perfect.
What can I say - I love my breakfasts on Sundays
