Pork & Kimchi Dumpling Soup

Was watching KBS channel two nights ago when they were showing how to make dumplings. It was beef and kimchi, but I used pork instead. The presenter minced the beef herself and although I never thought I would go to that extent - I did. Minced by hand, and it wasn't as tough as I thought. A good knife surely helped.

There is tofu and shitake mushrooms in it as well. Sesame oil, salt and fresh ground pepper to season. Soup base was water boiled with dried anchovies.

It was so good.
