Table for one

There are days where I find myself alone and hungry. I have no qualms about eating alone at my favourite restaurant, but most of the time, if the time and ingredients allow, I would much rather cook my meal.

The challenge is always not to overcook since my training with mom has always been for a table of six. These days, I am getting better at it - a table for one. 

But there is nothing quite like a meal with good company. A table for two perhaps?
